• Experience with hybrid/EV systems

• ASE certification

• Subaru-specific training provided

• Consistently meets productivity standards

• Strong digital video MPI inspection skills

• Owns and maintains a full set of professional tools

• Comfortable with shop equipment

• Strong attendance and time management

• Works cooperatively with other technicians

• Follows company policies, safety procedures, and vehicle handling guidelines

• Able to complete proper RO documentation
